Booking your magical event with Pink Unicorn USA is simple! Whether you’re planning a tea party or a craft experience, we make it easy to bring the sparkle to you. ✨

Select a Date & Time

Use the form below to share your preferred date and time. We’ll review your request and get in touch within 1–2 business days to confirm availability and coordinate details.

Secure Your Date

After we confirm availability and cost, we’ll send you an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit, which is due at that time to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

Confirm & Sparkle ✨

Once booked, we handle the setup and bring the magic — you gather your guests and get ready to sparkle!

Deposit & Final Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required after we confirm availability to reserve your date.
  • The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your reserved date.

Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Customized Events (custom tea party themes, Instructor-Led Craft Parties, and DIY Craft Kits): Once the final balance has been paid, all payments are non-refundable, as event-specific supplies are purchased in advance for your date.
  • Standard Tea Parties: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you may do so prior to 14 days of the reserved date, and the rescheduled date must be within 60 days of your original reserved date. An additional deposit fee will be required to secure your new date.
“Time of booking” means the moment Pink Unicorn USA confirms availability with you and sends your invoice. Your date is held only after the deposit is received.
